The GP was very good why mother and myself firstly by accurately identifying the symptoms of her cough and determining with a full explanation of medication she was going to prescribe. Other actions she was going to take were also identified and explained. She was exceptional in showing mum courtesy and kindess. As her carer and son she was further great at calming me down. The receptionists were brilliant in noting mum's condition before passing the details onto the doctos.

New system is an absolute shocker! Sit and wait appts only won't make appts over the phone anymore! Health and safety hazard with a waiting room full to stand room only! Not working friendly or school friendly! Atrocious system and looking to moving surgeries.
